2008 FAUX Season Kicks Off

The 19th annual FAUX Draft will take place Sunday, August 31, 2008 at Joe McFadden's palatial estate (2655 22nd Avenue, between Vicente and Wawona). Draft starts at 1 PM.

Owners who can't be there in person can connect via the FAUX chatroom.

If you can't make it in person or online, you need to contact Der Kommish to make arrangements.

2008 Keepers

FAUX teams may keep up to three players from their final 2007 rosters in lieu of a corresponding first, second, and third round draft pick. After the cutdowns, the following players have been retained:

    2. Phoenix Femmes Fatale (3-11; split 1-1 with Phoenix 47-49 loss in wk 4 & 57-39 win in wk 11; 2-1)
    3. Whiskeytown Wharfrats (5-9)
    4. Stumptown Stompers (6-8; loss to Donegal 19-62 in wk 1)
    5. Donegal Doom (6-8; defeated Stumptown 62-19 in wk 1)
    6. Perth Amboy Predators (7-7; 2-2; lost to LVH 8-59 wk 10; lost to SXC 10-19 wk 12)
    7. Las Vegas Hitmen (7-7; 2-2; lost to SXC 54-58 in wk 9; defeated PAP 59-8 in wk 10)
    8. Sioux City Sirens (7-7; 1-3; defeated LVH 58-54 in wk 9; defeated PAP 19-10 in wk 12)
    9. Baltimore Buzzsaws (8-6; 2-3; #3 wild card seed; lost in wildcard round)
